Easter in February in Stocton

Post by Strugglebrook »

OK intrepid vintage caravaners , we have just had our great annual get together in Shellharbour.

Now calling for expressions of interest for an Easter in February at Stockton Caravan Park the weekend of 16th Thursday till 20th Monday, off course you could get there earlier or stay later that is entirely up to you.
Now with it`s new camp kitchen we could get together out of the elements if the weather Gods prevail.

So hop on the key board and let us know your thoughts.

Cheers big ears.

Sounds like an ideal time of year to have Easter 8-) .. and... despite what everyone said about the weather last time we where there , Stockton is a great location.
Unfortunately I am Unable to attend... Motorbike rally at Gloucester van park that weekend.

Hi John,

I have put 12 sites on hold for you and your guests to call and pay a deposit. These site will be on hold up until the 8pm on the 14th December 2016. We are very heavily booked for this period and we are unable to get you 12 sites together however you are all in the same section of the park. I have held sites 101, 102, 103, 104, 106, 107, 108, 128, 131, 132, 133 & 134.
The following weekend is less heavily booked and I would be able to get you all together, if this is an option for you please advise.

Kind regards,
Natasha

We have booked site 101, if 10 or more we get a group booking, get on the dog and bone people.

Already looking good,

Dr Phil, world renowned seaside biting insects specialist, has the scars to prove it.

Come on don`t be shy, get booking, nothings going to bite you ! Accept maybe a Sand Fly or a Mosquito or a Midgee all the things we all love about the coast. Just remember though we will have Dr Phil on hand with his tried and trusted remedies on hand.

Hi Phill
..
I have contacted the original land owners at Stockton Van Park... "The Wheremidgeys Tribe" and told them that Johnny strugglebrook ( here after referred to as "The organiser ") has arranged for them to take a short holiday at Blacksmiths caravan park,,,( the original Midgey gathering and scratching place) during our stay at Stocko. 8-)

Have finished assembling a cardboard cutout of Dr Phill to decoy the midgies.
Accomodation for them is booked and thier bags are being packed as we speak.
By the time they all travel south to Blacksmiths and spend a few days trying to "ëat "your cardboard cousin likeness .. then realise they have been ripped off  .. we will have had an enjoyable weekend at Stockton and made good our escape.

All sounds good aye
Pity help Struggleorganiser when they find out that he has dudded them and they have been chewing on a fake Phill!!

They will eat his legs off when they catch up with him......wouldnt want to be in his thongs !!!

Reddo.. Kerosene and Calamine lotion at the ready ;)
