The latest issue of Time to Roam had this little item I found of interest - http://www.timetoroam.com.au/yamba-icon ... nd-repair/ - as I've seen and photographed the van on a trip up there last year. Can't recall the type of van or if I've posted the photos though. No doubt Richard will tell me what it is and I will move this post to the appropriate item in the library.
The van was used to store and sell sugar cane mulch and had some kind of a set up in the floor to drop the money in as far as I could see. It was interesting enough for me to take a photo but to hear it was used as a backdrop for wedding photos surprised me. These days I guess people look for anything different, but a tatty old van in the wedding photo? Each to their own.
I did run across several of these vans up that way so a replacement might be on the cards.
