Its not very often that I come across big vintage caravans like this dual axle twin door Carapark 23 footer (my estimate) which was recently advertised for sale via the internet.

By the looks of things the owner thought 2 doors was one too many ???
Interesting to find out what it weighed.
Would need a good solid towcar / truck to haul it ??

I found this photo of Bob and Dolly Dyer on an American page and the image had been flipped.
I thought I could recognise the van, it looks to be a Carapark Zestline 16'2" Delux.

Carapark Hunter Junior recently for sale on the internet.

Sellers Description.

1950's Carapark Hunter Junior Vintage wooden Caravan
Fully restored from the ground up by retired cabinetmaker / carpenter.
All new roof/ ply sheeting / window frames/joinery.
All new period foor tiles / pelmets / curtains/ seating and upholstery
Fully rewired 12v/ 240 v with circuit board. New 240v fridge/ microwave. Battery/battery charger etc.
New 100l water tank with original hand pump reticulated water tap /filter.
Restored original window hardware/handles/ hinges. 3 Porthole windows.
Front seat folds up to make 2 bunks.
Over ride brakes 16" wheels tyres gives good ground clearance.
Fully painted inside and out with quality enamel.
Easily towed by small vehicle.
Not a cent to spend. Just use and enjoy!
