1950's Caravanning Photos.

Robert has emailed me these great photos from the 1950's.

The first 2 photos are of a Mrs Hughes in the caravan park in Tingalpa Queensland during the 1950's, carring out her domestic chores.






This photo is of a small truck towing a caravan over the Jubilee Bridge at Southport, after an Easter long weekend.

Robert has emailed a few more photos for you to enjoy.

There is a bit of a mixed bunch but the first photo is of a Model T Ford with a gas producer on the back towing a caravan, with the photo taken in 1941.




The photo below was taken in 1954 and is of the Middleton Beach Caravan Park, Albany WA.




FX Holden with a caravan taken in 1950.




Finally we have a photo of a caravan that Mr. W. Endres of Kent St Kalinga built in the 1950's using the body of a disused aircraft. ( DC3 I think. ) The caravan is 37' long and has 2 bedrooms, kitchen and a bathroom.
