Hi
Here is a picture of my Grandfather standing beside his caravan which he absolutely loved, my aunty had her honeymoon in this van and she is now 86, I think he passed his passion down to me

My Grandfathers Van
Re: My Grandfathers Van
Hi Stephen
You have just got to love these old photos.
Look how proud your Grandfather is standing beside the van, it also gives a bit of an insite to how things looked in the 50's, no concrete driveway there.
Cheers.

Re: My Grandfathers Van
A massive learning for me is that during the early days we did not have the roads we have now, they were mainly dirt/gravel so the early vans must have been so robust to take the hard knocks when traveling all around Australia and there cars
