:D What a great idea, especially when the weather is not so great. Im not sure that i would like to use this in winter however. Has anyone else seen or know of anyone that has a similar caravan?

Hi Sarah,

The Wild Goose is a neat idea isn't it? I'm not sure where the article came from - by the name "Wild Goose" of the van I'm thinking maybe it is north American? Would I be right Richard?

There were three caravans built along similar lines in Adelaide in the late 40's which were called 'Mayfair' (or maybe Mayfare). One of them has been beautifully restored. You can see photos and bit of their history on the Vintage Caravans website at the following location: http://vintagecaravans.proboards.com/in ... 631&page=1
